Tiffany came into the ER after falling off a pole and hurting her ankle. Angus Leighton examined her and told her her ankle was just bruised. He bandaged it and gave her post-care instructions, then told her to follow up with her primary care doctor. She wanted to follow up with him, but he said she couldn't because, as an ER physician, he doesn't take appointments. Instead of leaving, Tiffany waited and came to Angus again later, trying to give him her number and confessing that Tiffany wasn't her real name. He didn't take her number and said there was a policy against fraternizing with patients. When she said she wasn't a patient anymore, he said that he saw nystagmus in her eyes, a sign of a bad concussion, meaning she'd need a scan before she could leave.
